Low beam Headlight not working, help!?

i bought one of those cheap 8000k blue lights for my car, but when I installed them, only the driver side worked, i thought the bulb wasnt working but I put it on the other side and it worked, then i thought it would be the socket, but i tried with sylvania light Bulbs and they both worked. what could be the problem?

The bulb design is probably not great, so it’s not making contact correctly. Try re-inserting it, or you can even use a bit of tinfoil as a conductor (not really recommended though!)

You may well find 8000K basic bulbs are really dim though.
