Besides wires and spark plugs – what causes cylinder #1 to misfire?

I have a GMC Sonoma pickup – sparks and plugs check out fine, but it’s still misfiring. help?
sorry not “sparks and plugs” – sparks and WIRES checked out fine.

most likely a bad plug or plug lead but if its only on 1 cylinder and you have definitely got good leads and plugs, then if it is injected it could be a injector or its connection,if it is carby then check for a vacuum leak on that cylinder or check the valve springs(for broken one)or sticky/bad adjusted valve.A bad coil would be common to all plugs unless its a cracked dissy cap.I’m from oz and haven’t seen under the hood of this car.hope this helps
